Kaspersky 7

since i upgraded from Kas 6 to 7 i can no longer run windows automatic updates it give the error code 800B0100

does anyone no why?

i have been reading posts on other forums and it seems that there is no reel fix for this problem

i have tryed several things that have been sugested but still no luck,i will keep serching

Did you uninstall the previous version first.

" would strongly recommend that you uninstall 6.0 or any other previous version (this includes AV's from other vendors!'
